Every person is creative. I've heard people say "I don't have a creative bone in my body." I beg to differ. Is every creative person an artist? I think so. The "Fine Art World" my not think our art is very exclusive, but I believe it matters to God.Turn to channel 65 on cable. You know it, the Food Network. I can't cook to save my life but I love watching the culinary artists on TV whip up beautiful dishes. They are artists. I like to run on the streets where I live in Dallastown. I pass some very beautiful gardens. People in Pennsylvania are very passionate about the appearances of their yards. It take creativity to imagine which flowers will look nice with which shrubs. Do you get your hair cut? Aren't you glad that the person wielding the sharpest of scissors over your scalp is an artist? (Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. We've all been there-we walk out of the shop wishing we had the same hair we had when we walked in.) If I were to walk into your home, chances are you have taken great care to arrange your furniture, choose just the right wall color and arranged the lighting to highlight the "real art" you have. Have you considered that the REAL art is your home?We are creative every day and often we don't realize it. There seems to be detours everywhere right now. So, I have to creatively come up with a new path to work. Maybe it's even the way you love your family or your friends...We are always creating environments where ever we go. Sometimes we create nice environments, other times not so great. Where are you creative and just never really thought about it that way? What is your art? Need help finding what your creative outlet is? If so, I'd like to help you find it. ~deAnn Roe
