Once a month I'd like to highlight an artistic dabbler; someone who shares their story and how their creativity intersects their faith journey with Jesus; see the art created from this Divine intersection and how they personally experience God in the process.
Keep an eye out for these special posts ~ it's an honor to enter into the story of His people, God's masterpieces, and hear how they create beauty in His name.
If you are interested sharing, please email deAnn (contact info on the right). We'd love to meet you and hear about your Divine Intersection.
Grace & Peace on the journey...

What amazes me is how [when we share from our private self] we feel so naked & ashamed of who we are. Yet when we get to hear from someone else [their true, inner naked self] we can’t help but cheer & love them for it. We seem to feel most connected to those who have the strength […or is that insanity?] to be transparent. I think [maybe I’m just weird, here] that our love of Comic book superheroes… stems from this. Amazing powers/ extreme giftedness, but hidden from everyone is the scared “normal” or “geeky” person. The flawed human who by some “Divine accident” becomes: Incredibly strong/ heroic/ tries to stay out of the limelight –or not take credit for some amazingly unselfish deed. “alter egos” can be nice…
“It’s not who I am underneath, it’s what I do, that defines me” [from Batman Begins]
