I&#39;ve just recently developed a passion to cook. This recipe got lots of good reviews, but I didn&#39;t see how. Nonetheless, I gave it shot. Eeewww. The strange thing was we decided that the chocolate and basil were not bad together. But the brie cheese. I&#39;m not a fan of brie to begin with. Thanks for your kinds words about the post. Yeah, I still don&#39;t know WHY I tried that odd recipe. Cheese and Chocolate? Maybe there's a way that it might work (since so many reviewers seemed to enjoy it) but that just doesn't sound good. Awesome that you braved it though! I often feel that when recipes don't work out, I DO think I'm a failure- particularly because I feel like I've failed cooking a meal for my husband.
